DELIVERY & DELIVERY CHARGES

ALL ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 2 - 5 WORKING DAYS. WHILE WE AIM TO DISPATCH AS SOON AS THE ORDER IS RECIEVED, 

All orders on the website will only be delivered within New Zealand. All orders over $ 100.00 are shipped freight free. All orders under $ 100.00 incur flat $10 shipping fee to a physical address in North and South Island. Additional delivery charges to the islands may apply.

All delivery orders must be supplied with a physical postal address. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

We deliver goods through reliable national courier companies and signatures are required for delivery.

In case of larger shipments, a freight company will be engaged and a tracking number will be emailed to you after dispatch.

Tool Junction Ltd will not refund any losses incurred from the customer selecting their own delivery method/agent.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Customers have the right to return any good deemed faulty in nature. The following conditions apply to returned items:

•      Where goods are being returned due to a fault, they must be in original condition.
•      Proof of purchase must be provided.
•      Where return is due to a fault, the customer must contact Tool Junction Ltd within 7 days of receiving the product.​
